Return Guidelines

At Urban Ace we have some return guidelines in place to ensure that all returned watches are in good condition and can be resold to other customers.

If you decide to return a product, we ask you to return the product in the same condition as you received it. This means that the watch must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused and complete with all accessories and documentation. The watch may not be removed from the original plastics. The watch will then be considered “used” and will no longer be covered by the cooling-off period. All tags and plastics must be on the watch upon return. Please note: If your watch is custom-made (watch strap shortened), returns are no longer possible.

We recommend returning the watch in the original box (cardboard box containing the order). If the original packaging is no longer available, make sure the watch is well protected during transport, for example by packing it in a sturdy box with sufficient protective material.

If the returned watch does not meet these guidelines, we reserve the right to not accept the watch as a return. In that case, we will contact you to explain the reason for the rejection.
