Warranty
Under this limited warranty, the parts and workmanship of your watch in case of abnormal use are guaranteed for 2 years from the date of purchase. If you detect a defect in parts or workmanship during this period, Urban Ace Watches will, at its sole discretion, provide a replacement for your watch in accordance with the terms herein. If the watch or a part original to your model is not available, a replacement part of equal value may be provided for replacement purposes.
To obtain replacement of your watch under this warranty, please contact an authorised retailer or service provider, who will provide you with additional instructions. If the watch was purchased from Urban Ace Watches' online shop, or if you would like contact information about Urban Ace Watches' authorised retailers or service providers, please contact our Customer Service Department by using the contact form on our website: www.urbanacewatches.com.
If you send your watch for replacement, make sure it is carefully packed to avoid damage during shipping. Do not include any special watch straps or other items of personal value with the shipment, as we cannot guarantee their return.
Although replacement under this warranty will not be charged, you may be required to bear the cost of packing and shipping your watch to Urban Ace Watches, as well as the cost of shipping and handling the return shipment. If it is determined that the warranty is invalid or inapplicable, you may be charged for all or part of the replacement. If the battery in your watch is dead at the time of replacement, you may be charged for a replacement battery.
This limited warranty does not apply to the following:
- Batteries, straps, bracelets or crystals
- Damage of any kind if there is evidence that the damage was caused by accident, improper use or handling of any part of the watch or accessories, handling inconsistent with the instructions or guidelines accompanying your watch, lack of proper care or maintenance, tampering, abuse, wear and tear or any factor other than a defect in the watch's components or workmanship.
Damage resulting from repair, maintenance or modification by anyone other than an authorised Urban Ace Watches retailer or service provider is not covered by this warranty and voids the warranty.
ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS, ARE LIMITED TO 2 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
URBAN ACE WATCHES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES.
