We always take the shipping costs of the order for our own account. So you have FREE shipping on every order.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, it can sometimes happen that an order is delayed in the delivery process. Consult the Track and Trace of DHL to see where the package is at the moment. Have you not received anything 4 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us and we will solve this with you.

Urban Ace offers multiple secure payment options. Including pay afterwards with Klarna. So you only pay when you have received your watch! For more information, see: Pay for your watch afterwards .

Yes. You can return any order to us within 14 days without giving a reason.

The item must be in good condition and not damaged. Also, everything must be returned in the original packaging. Please note: the 'tag' must not be cut loose. In addition, the 'plastics' must remain on the watch.

Urban Ace must be able to sell these watches again after return. Once we have received your return in good order, we will check whether the watch(s) is/are damaged. We can offset any resulting depreciation with the amount to be refunded. We try to process returns within a maximum of 2 weeks.

There is a 'thread' (tag) around the watch. This thread must remain around the watch if you want to return your watch.

You can try on your watch with this tag very well and you can see if you like the watch on your wrist. If you are satisfied you can just cut the tag off, no problem!

You have reduced your watch yourself or you have had your watch reduced, then it is unfortunately no longer possible to return your Urban Ace watch. Even if we make your watch to size (adjust watch strap), then we can no longer take the watch back, because the watch is then custom made.

You will receive a standard 2-year warranty on your order. This warranty is valid when the product does not function properly or when the product does not meet quality requirements. Urban Ace always reserves the right to refuse returns when:

• We suspect that the product was not damaged due to our error
• The product does not meet the return requirements
• The product has already been used
• The contents of the package are not complete and in original condition

I can't open my watch? I want to put the watch on my wrist. But I can't open the band.

To open or close the watch strap, you need to click on the 2 'pins'. Do you have a 'hidden closure?' Then follow the steps on this page: I can't open my watch !

Yes, an Urban Ace watch is water resistant to at least 5ATM. Some watches are suitable for up to 10 ATM. But this is stated with every watch!

Below are some everyday applications that a 5 ATM watch is suitable for:

• Rain on the watch: Resistant to unexpected rain showers and splashes.
• Washing hands (splash water on the watch): Can be held under running water without any problem.
• Showering with the watch: Resistant to water jets while showering.
• Swimming with your watch: Suitable for swimming in pools or calm water, such as a lake.

Be careful with salt water. If you have been in the sea, rinse your watch well with fresh water.

Urban Ace has 3 different sized watches. 40mm, 42mm and 45mm. The size says something about the diameter of the watch. Do you have a smaller wrist then it might be nicer to choose a 40mm or 42mm watch watch?
